Simple Tether Configuration

Utilitaire de configuration d'attache. Does not give any special permissions.

This is a Simple Tether Configuration utility. It was created to circumvent a bug in the Samsung Galaxy W's software that prevented it from remembering tether configuration settings.

It uses your mobile data plan and uses the OS's tethering functionality; it's just another (simpler) way of performing the same operation.

- Fix bug with clicking on "System Tether Settings" with Android <4.0.

Dec 3 2013, Version 1.1:

- Add button to access system tether controls.
- On first time load, try to use current tether configurations.
- Be more responsive to wifi/network/tethering changes.
- Fix Android 4 tethering state bug.
