How To Equip Potions in Hogwarts Legacy & When to Use Them

In Hogwarts Legacy, potions can be used in or out of combat by assigning them to your equip slot. The exception is the Wiggenweld Potion, which restores your health and is always assigned to the down direction on your direction pad.

Equipping Potions & Limited Use Items

You can equip all potions besides Wiggenweld by first opening the tool wheel using the LB (or L1, etc.).
