StratOSS Mobile application for user experience management

StratOSS Mobile App is used for testing and measuring your mobile subscription's performance and quality automatically. The active background monitoring mode measures automatically the following metrics on your device:

- Call drops from your voice calls

- DL and UL throughput stats per Applications used

- Data traffic latency

- Network service and data connection states

- Mobile network and WiFi utilization

The App offers you quality tests to check your network max speed, YouTube video quality and to see how fast web page download happens. After running the test, you get immediately information how well the application performs in your current location.

By running the App and the quality tests you help Accanto Systems to see how well the mobile networks are performing from customers' viewpoint. The information includes only the service availability and the service performance related metrics. The App cannot access to your confidential information such as data content, visited web URLs nor SMSs. All the gathered information is anonymous (no user ID such as MSISDN, IMSI or IMEI) and exclusively for Accanto System's internal use. The information is confidential and will be protected from unauthorized use.
